Refund and return policy guidelines

Within 14 days after the delivery date, the customer may return the item for a refund or exchange it for a different item, provided they get in touch with the vendor. For returns, you may email customer service at or use the contact form on the website. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Elite Gym Equipment will utilise the same payment method that the customer used to purchase the item to complete the refund.

It will take us up to 48 hours to process any items you buy from us. If you cancel your purchase within 48 hours, there won't be any fees. If you cancel your purchase after 48 hours or after it has been dispatched, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to the cost of return postage.

Legal matters

The seller is not liable for any possible health or safety hazards once the customer has acquired the goods or services.
